It is no secret that a common complaint among classroom teachers is that many parents do not involve themselves in their child's education as much as they probably should. And the State Reading Plan is very explicit in explaining the need for parents to be actively involved on a daily basis in their child's language and literacy development. One of the main objectives of the SC Reading Project is to help give parents some tools to better take on that responsibility and also to give teachers a tactful way to encourage parents to do so by directing them to useful content on this website that promotes a more in-depth understanding of language development.....

more in depth understanding....explain.
